Your Role
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE CONCEPTION AND PROVISIONING OF ANALYTICAL USE CASES AND SOLUTIONS.
As the go-to consultant for stakeholders across various business areas, IT, and development teams, you will guide the creation of analytical use cases by collecting and consolidating business needs to design analytics solutions. Ensuring alignment with data governance standards, you will work closely with development teams, overseeing and participating in the implementation of these solutions while keeping everything documented and organized.

YOUR EXPERIENCE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- People Skills: You're confident in networking and presenting to clients – building relationships is your thing!
- Juggling Master: You can manage multiple tasks at once without breaking a sweat.
- Great Communicator: You can explain technical stuff in simple terms, both in writing and speaking.
- Consultancy Experience: You've dabbled in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and process modeling.
- Analytical Pro: You know your way around Predictive Analytics, Data Mining, and Machine Learning.
- AI Enthusiast: Familiar with AI use cases? Awesome!
- Python Guru: Fluent in Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Data Wizard: Hands-on experience in data prep, data modeling, and SQL.
IT’S ALSO NICE TO HAVE:
- Marketing Tools: Experience with cool online marketing tools (Web/Digital Analytics, Tag Management, Campaign Analytics, Attribution Modeling, A/B Testing, or Voice of Customer)
- BI Tools: Know your way around Tableau, Power BI, or SAS
- DWH/BI Architecture: Understanding of Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence architecture
FURTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
- Travel Ready: Willing to travel across Germany when needed
- Team Player: Comfortable working with remote teams
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and good at English
