SENIOR AGILE CONSULTANT (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE AGILE TEAM & TRIBE ENABLEMENT AS WELL AS SUPPORTING THE STRATEGIC AGILE TRANSFORMATION AT ALLIANZ.

Together with us, you will support and enable teams and tribes to work in an agile way. As an Agile Consultant you ensure that teams use agile principles and values as part of the product development process in various roles such as Agile Master or Agile Coach - depending on your personal skill set and level of experience.

You will help to design and establish the framework and standards of the agile transformation and actively support key stakeholders in strategic decision-making regarding their transformation goals.

YOUR PROFILE

YOUR EXPERIENCE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Hands-on experience in the role as Agile Master, Agile Coach and its given tasks
Living agile values and inspire people for the use of agile practices and principles
Ability in facilitating, planning, coordinating and prioritizing the work of product teams in a scaled environment together with other stakeholders (Product Owner, Product Managers, …)
Experience in helping interdisciplinary teams apply the agile framework and helping them to monitor performance to increase their self-organization maturity
Providing and training teams with methods, techniques and tools that support efficient and effective agile work
Accompanying teams in the role of an Agile / Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Servant Leader and ensuring that they are working effectively together
5+ years of experience doing what you do
Good interpersonal skills with the confidence to network and present to the teams and clients
Taking an active part in our agile circle at Kaiser X Labs and transferring agile knowledge across the company to foster our growth mindset
Both oral and written fluent German and English language skills (minimum C1)
Permanent residence in Germany (Employment from abroad is not possible)
Willingness to travel to client’s locations

IT’S ALSO NICE TO HAVE

A certification as Agile Master (Advanced/Professional), Agile Leader or Agile Coach
Experienced in knowledge transfer to colleagues (teaching, mentoring,…)
Experience with agile project management and facilitation tools
