YOUR ROLE

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE UX DEVELOPMENT, CONCEPT
DEVELOPMENT & USABILITY ENGINEERING.
As a Senior UX Designer (m/f/d), you will lead a user-centered design process, defining
interaction models, user task flows and UI specifications to create valuable solutions for
diverse needs, working end-to-end to ship great products. With us you will be a part of
our collaborative and agile team working hands-on with Researchers, Visual UI
Designers, Product Managers, Software Engineers and Data Consultants on business
critical projects to create the next generation of insurance experiences.

YOUR PROFILE

YOUR EXPERIENCE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years of experience doing what you do
- Proven skills in defining user experiences for a variety of applications, products and
platforms with strong knowledge of conception and prototyping
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with natural ability to articulate
and defend design decisions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to excite and engage those around you to bring about the best outcomes
- Experience leading the creation of digital products and platforms
- A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across a breadth of business
verticals
- Fluency in German (min. C1), very good knowledge of English
- Permanent residency in Germany (Employment from abroad is not possible.)
